Founded and directed by Michael Lang and Susanne Terry, the Reflective Practice Institute International (RPII) was established to provide training and support for practitioners in the conflict and related fields of work to experience a deeper exploration of their own work.  Current programs of RPII include a variety of training courses and facilitating Reflective Practice Groups (RPGs) with more than 100 members from 7 countries.
